Dr. Timothy Roth is a board-certified Urologist practicing in Lake, McHenry, and Kane Counties. His hospital affiliations include Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and Advocate Sherman Hospital.
Dr. Roth received his B.A. in Biology from Northwestern University in 1996 and his Masters in Physiology and Medical Doctorate from Indiana University in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Dr. Roth then completed his residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education in Rochester, Minnesota. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Urological Association, and the Endourological Society. Dr. Roth also served as a delegate to the 2013 annual meeting of the Illinois State Urological Society, and he is a board member for the Kane County Medical Society.
Dr. Roth’s professional interests include Laparoscopic and Robotic surgeries for the treatment of benign and malignant urologic diseases. He is Chairman of the Surgical MCE Committee and a member of the Surgery Steering Committee, the Professional Excellence Committee, and the Oncology Multidisciplinary Committee at Advocate Sherman Hospital, and he is a member of the ISMS Council on Education and Health Workforce.
